I'm Not Dead

Obviously, I did not get around to maintaining the good old writing LJ like I said I was going to. I debated about whether to just kill the thing outright or keep going with it. The truth that I fully realize now is that a lot of what I write goes on ff.net. I have not written anything really personal in a while and I'm usually too lazy to post the fics in two different places when you can just go to ff.net and read them anyways. So yeah, I was thinking about nuking this idea altogether but have decided against it. As of today, I will post stuff such as fandom-related memes, oneshot fics, and personal stuff if I ever get around to writing any more of it. I don't really want to post multi-chapter fics here because a single chapter in them is usually about two to three times longer than the average oneshot. Seriously, do you want to read a lj entry that is _that_ long? So anyways, if you want to read the multi-chapter stuff then check it out on ff.net (of course you should do that with all my stuff anyways).

There's not much else to tell. I was possessed by the spirit of Batman fandom this past Halloween in which I wrote a Scarecrow oneshot and dressed up as Two-Face. Christmas found me in a Justice League mood so I wrote a QuestionxHuntress fic and spent many hours watching the first season of JLU on dvd. Currently, I am back into the realm of Batman but my brain is also taking side trips into X-Men when I have the time. I suppose I should also think about writing something for Valentine's Day. Geez, time does fly. Anyways, hopefully I'll have time to post the fics I write.

****This is a shameless plug: I started the third part in my (now) trilogy that begins with "Shadowboxing" and continued with "Double or Nothing". It's entitled, "Family Affairs". If you've read these two fics before then go read the third one. If you haven't read the first two but like Cassandra Cain and/or Tim Drake then you should read the first two then read my new one. It sounds really confusing when I say it like this so I hope you get the picture.****

If you want to post personal things, why not type out that thing you wrote while you were here? It's damn good enough. And there's always the stuff you put on ff.net too, you can put that up on your LJ. :P
